Help Needed - FAST!

Tickets to Twestival Montreal went on sale today with 100% of the ticket price going directly to charity: water (check the sidebar for the link to buy >>>).
With the event a mere 17 days away, we sure could use some more help! In the immortal words of Twitter, “What are you doing?”
We need:
- Entertainment Coordinator - to oversee the entertainment for the evening, including finding a bilingual MC, working with those who’ve already secured entertainment (DJ/musicians) and supplementing where needed
- Raffle Lead - to take charge of the fund raising raffle, from soliciting and coordinating prizes to selling tickets at the event (with help from the team)
- Fundraising - to expolore/implement other supplementary options for fundraising like, conscienceverte.ca, setting up a Cafe Press (or similar) store to sell branded merchandise etc.
- Graphic artist - to do print quality graphics, event posters, etc.
- Photographer - to provide photo coverage of the event
- Videographer - to provide pre-event video content and at event coverage for a wrap up video
Want to help but none of these are up your alley? There’s still lots you can do:
- buy a ticket
- write a blog post
- Tweet about Twestival Montreal
- tell your friends/family/co-workers/anyone who will listen
- ask your workplace to make a monetary or goods donation to the event
- become a sponsor
Have an idea to make Twestival Montreal a great event? Let us know!
